  upload a copy of the corresponding note verbale or formal letter as part 
 of the online registration process.This process must be completed by 10 Au
 gust 2026. Please note that it is not possible to complete an online regis
 tration without uploading the required note verbale or formal letter. Shou
 ld additional delegates wish to register after a group registration has be
 en submitted\, they may be registered either through a subsequent group re
 gistration or through individual registration. In either case\, an updated
  note verbale or formal letter reflecting the full composition of the dele
 gation must be uploaded. Any such additional registrations must be complet
 ed by 10 August 2026. Any other changes to the composition of delegations 
 should be communicated to the ATT Secretariat by note verbale or formal le
 tter at registration@thearmstradetreaty.org by the same date. Please note 
 that confirmation of accreditation will only be issued by the ATT Secretar
 iat once the registration process has been completed for all members of th
