Since its establishment, the ATT Voluntary Trust Fund has served as the Treaty's dedicated international assistance mechanism, helping States Parties and signatory States address implementation challenges through targeted, sustainable capacity-building projects.

As the VTF marks its 10th anniversary, the ATT Secretariat invites the international community to reflect on a decade of achievements made possible through the commitment of donors, beneficiary States, and implementing partners worldwide.
