CSP11 OPENING SESSION
The opening session of the Conference will take place on Monday, 25 August 2025, from 10h00 -11h00 and will be addressed by the following speakers:
- Mr. José Luis VILA, Secretary of Strategic Affairs, Office of the Chief of Cabinet of the Republic of Argentina
- Ms. Melanie REGIMBAL, Chief, United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (Geneva)
- Mr. Gilles CARBONNIER, Vice-President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)
- Ms. Sushmita KARKI, Senior Program Officer at Women for Peace and Democracy – Nepal (Control Arms)
THEMATIC DISCUSSION ON UNIVERSALIZATION
The thematic discussion on universalization will take place from about 11h15 to 13h00. The session will take the form of a panel discussion involving the following speakers:
