The Eleventh Conference of States Parties (CSP11) to the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) is scheduled to take place as follows:

Venue:                 Centre International de Conférences Genève (CICG), Geneva, Switzerland
Time:                  10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00 (CEST)

Registration to CSP11 is open from 09 June to 11 August 2025

CSP11 OPENING SESSION



The opening session of the Conference will take place on Monday, 25 August 2025, from 10h00 -11h00 and will be addressed by the following  speakers:

  1. Mr. José Luis VILA, Secretary of Strategic Affairs, Office of the Chief of Cabinet of the Republic of Argentina 
  2. Ms. Melanie REGIMBAL, Chief, United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (Geneva) 
  3. Mr. Gilles CARBONNIER, Vice-President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)
  4. Ms. Sushmita KARKI, Senior Program Officer at Women for Peace and Democracy – Nepal (Control Arms)

  



THEMATIC DISCUSSION ON UNIVERSALIZATION



The thematic discussion on universalization will take place from about 11h15 to 13h00. The session will take the form of a panel discussion involving the following speakers: 


  1. Mr. Pacharo KAYIRA, Deputy Permanent Representative, Mission of Malawi to the United Nations in Geneva
  2. Ms. Luz Helena MARTINEZ NIÑO, ATT Coordinator, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia​​​​​​​
  3. Mr. Richardo Colman, Deputy Permanent Representative, Mission of Vanuatu to the United Nations in Geneva
  4. Ms. Laurence MARZAL, Senior Programme Officer, Inter-Parliamentary Union
